Red Devils beat the Blues!!!!

So it finally happened... The Reds emphatically snatched away the Premiership title away from the superstar team Jose Mourinho had managed to build up. While the European dream and with it the treble will have to wait another year, there is still a strong chance to reign supreme in the domestic arena. The FA Cup match is just a week away and i'm sure MU will go on an all out attack to stamp their authority on the game. Thats the only way they know how to play.

MANCHESTER UNITED FOREVER!!!

When God created Fathers...

Got this as an email. It has always struck me that so little has been said about how much a father does for his children. I'm not taking anything away from that divine soul we all call a mother, but it always looks to me that a father stays a bit in the backdrop... silent n satisfied with his work. Not expecting anything but for his children to mirror his teachings.

Here it goes...

When The LORD Created Fathers

When the Good LORD was creating Fathers, he started
with a tall frame. A female angel nearby said,
"What kind of Father is that?
If you're going to make children so close to the ground,
why have you put the Father up so high?
He won't be able to shoot marbles without kneeling,
tuck a child in bed without bending,
or even kiss a child without stooping?"
GOD smiled and said, "Yes, but if I make him
child size, who would children have to look up to?"

When GOD made the Father's hands, they were large.
The angel shook her head and said, "Large hands
can't manage diaper pins, small buttons,
rubber bands on pony tails, or even remove splinters
caused from baseball bats."
Again GOD smiled and said,
"I know, but they're large enough to hold everything a small boy empties
from his pockets, yet small enough to cup a child's face in them."
Then GOD molded long slim legs and broad shoulders,
"Do you realize you just made a Father without a lap?"
The angel chuckled.
GOD said, "A Mother needs a lap. A Father needs strong shoulders
to pull a sled, to balance a boy on a bicycle, or to hold a sleepy head
on the way home from the circus."

When GOD was in the middle of creating the biggest feet
anyone had ever seen, the angel could not contain herself any longer.
"That's not fair. Do you honestly think those feet are going to get out of
bed
early in the morning when the baby cries, or walk through a birthday party

without crushing one or two of the guest?"
GOD again smiled and said, "They will work. You will see.
They will support a small child who wants to ride to Branbury Cross
or scare mice away from a summer cabin,
or display shoes that will be a challenge to fill."
GOD worked throughout the night, giving the Father few words,
but a firm authoritative voice; eyes that see everything,
but remain calm and tolerant. Finally, almost as an after thought,
He added tears.
The he turned to the angel and said,
"Now are you satisfied he can love as much as a Mother can?"
The angel said nothing more.

'Beedi' - English Translation

The following is the English translation of the hit song 'Beedi Jalaile' from the hindi movie 'Omkara'
got it from my director... here it goes...

No Quilt in sight
This cold breeze arouses the hell out of me
Its best to share somebody's quilt
Go borrow heat from the next fellow's oven
Light your fags with the heat of my bossom

Its burning up inside me!
Let smoke not slip out of your lips
The world's smoked out already.
No crime's been charged
Why do I still feel sentenced to death?
Haul me to your court one afternoon.
Handcuff me with my anklets.
Haul me up in the afternoon.
Sentence me.
Punish me severely.
Light your stoves with the heat of my bossom.

Its burning up inside me!
No Knife's sharp enough to match your nibbles.
The way you leave your teeth marks behind..
Farmers could forget how to hack their crops
Would you settle down with a brute like this?
Nobody watned me.
Nobody woke me up.
Suddenly you come into my quilt
Impressing me with your clove breath
Burn your coals with the heat of my bossom

Its burning up inside me!
Its best to share somebody's quilt.
Go borrow hear from the next fellow's oven..

man cant stop laughing!!!!

the Devils smell blood...

Been away for too long... cant help it. This blooging is not in my veins yet. so it takes time to realise that i have to contribute. Well the most exciting prospect this season.. Manchester United taking the treble... this means the F.A. cup, the Premiership and the Champions Trophy.
The F.A. cup final is against a hard rival Chelsea who would be demoralized after their draw and Man U's win this weekend. And the Red Devils will be fired up more than ever before. Also in the Premiership, MU holds a 5 point lead with a Chelsea - MU game left and it looks like it will take something very drastic for MU to lose the Premiership this year.
On the European front, things are looking great. Though Milan gave a tough time to MU at the Theater of Dreams, MU holds a slim advantage of 1 goal over them. The worrying factors are
  1. A.C. Milan have a 2 away goal advantage.
  2. The San Siro will be very hostile in the return leg of the semis.
This season promises to be a harbinger of good fortunes for my favourite teams...
MU rocks!!!

Read this short poem on Geekhead's blog... here it goes...

Every moment brings something.
It might be a ring.
I know what a ring is.
I just have to defend against the temptation
Of picking it.

Every moment that passes by
Decides whether I will be a success
Or a failure like most of us.

Every moment that I am given
I shall be held responsible for it
A moment or a lifetime later.

Every moment that I spend
Makes the universe conspire,
Either in my favor
Or against me.
-- Alpha0

Inspired me to write something of my own... let's see how i fare...

A moment is but a tiny grain of sand, I feel,
in the vast beach of time.
The waves keep taking it away, never to give it back.
But generously keep adding to it.

And so I believe, that there are many moments that make who you are,
and each moment lived is a step taken in that direction.

And maybe...just maybe, the grains that the waves take so mercilessly away,
turn into pearls in the bosom of an unsuspecting oyster.

Live to be washed away in that wave... Live to be embraced by an oyster...
Live to be a pearl.
And blind the universe with your grandeur.

Massa Delivers a massive blow!!!

The Bahrain GP was a different story altogether. Mclaren's rookie Lewis Hamilton outperformed his illustrious teammate Fernando Alonso and also his more experienced rival Kimi Raikkonen. but the winner at the end of it all was Ferrari's Felipe Massa. With a cool and calculated drive, he not only outperformed Raikkonen in the qualifying but also went one from strength to strength to claim his maiden victory this year. He was denied this in Malaysia. Hamilton created history by finishing on the podium on the first 3 races of his career. This means that there is a 3 way tie for the leadership after 3 races. And this is the beginning. One thing's for sure, Raikkonen and Alonso never saw Hamilton coming!!!

Mclaren Hit Back!!!!

History repeats...

If this is the history of things to come...then this season will be the CLOSEST in the history of Formula 1. For the simple reason that Mclaren have come out stronger than ever with the World Champion in the cockpit and a superb rookie assisting him. The 1-2 finish at Sepang was in many ways better than Ferrari's finish at Melbourne. For one, it was Mclaren's first 1-2 since 2005. Which speaks a lot about their roller coaster ride as a team. But not only this, it's the sheer strength and reliability that Mclaren displayed at Sepang that makes things edgy.

Raikkonen admitted that the Ferrari wasn't at its best during the race. And that was shown in the first corner itself when Felippe Massa lost 2 places and also committed a mistake which cost him 2 more.

The stage is set for an epic season in which two young turks will clash to claim the place vacated by a Titan.

May the best driver win!!!

Memoirs of an MBA...

got this as an email attachment...

Memoirs of an MBA...
July 26
Dear Diary,
I can't hold myself down. My FIRST day on the job!! And I like it already. "Assistant Junior Deputy to the Vice Chairman - Manufacturing". My dad was thrilled when he heard my designation. "What the f!@#!!!" were his exact words. Oh I love it when my parents are happy...
Need to meet HR in half an hour. I cant wait to get my first Employee ID Card and cubicle. I hope Parthasarathy Whatayblouse Crappers is the beginning of great things.
P.S. I have brought my favorite textbooks back from the insti. OD, OM and HR should help me grow rapidly in the organization. And I WILL handle soft issues before facing hard issues here at PWC.

July 28th
Dear Diary,
Had a lot of fun with HR yesterday. The guy who had recruited me had left a month ago. So they didnt know I was joining. We had a hearty laugh over that one.
I'll get my cubicle in a few days time. For the time being I am sharing a nice one with Claire. She's with Corporate Communication. The phone doesnt work though...

August 2nd
Dear Diary,
Met my boss today. He spend a lot of time with my CV and then asked me how I managed to get a job with them. (Even he knows how lucky they are to get me..) He told me to review our material ordering system in the err... umm... the... the "big yellow and blue noisy machine section" of the plant.
Claire is working on an "Our Employees Love Us" campaign. The office boy had just resigned. So she got me to pose with an apron and a tray of cookies for a photo. They are going to call me Ramon and use it for ads. I am going to be famous.

August 7th
Dear Diary,
My first breakthrough. I have decided to order nickel ball bearings using the EQO.. QEO... whatever formula. It takes into account item cost, holding cost and weight of ball bearing I think. The purchase guy gave me a funny look when he saw my annual requisition contract form. He is obviously not an MBA...
Claire resigned today. She told me carry on with the "Our Employees Love Us" campaign.
P.S. Lesson for the week. You cannot order 0.7564 of a ball bearing. It has to be in whole numbers.

August 11th
Dear Diary,
I just got a shipment of 4384 ball bearings. I checked up with Engineering. They said that should be enough for around 14 years of requirement. I gave them 3 and stashed away the rest in a cupboard in my room. If prices of ball bearings go up, I see a lot of potential savings.
I have decided to develop informal channels of communication. From tomorrow I will spend a little time next to the coffee machine to understand the unspoken messages within the underbelly of the firm. (That OD book is good)

August 14th
Dear Diary,
I sent my first official letter today. It was to our Facilities manager Merry Le Bian. She is a hottie. I told her that the Coffee Machine takes too much time to reheat between refills. Wrote it in a WAC format and all with a table of contents and everything. She is sure going to impressed!! I spell checked it in MS word and emailed it to her an hour ago. No reply yet.
They scrapped the "Our Employees Love Us" campaign. The photo shoot was taking up too much time, and people were being forced to stay late without extra pay. Someone finally went and vandalised the banner. It now reads "Our Employers Shove Us". I offered to model for all the snaps and videos. They called me a dickhead. I was delighted. Dickhead is internal slang for "Big Stud". HR told me. Everyone calls me that...
P.S. One more shipment of ball bearings came. Again 4384. The contract can't be changed now. I dont have too much space left in my cupboard.

August 25th

Dear Diary,
My letter came back. It had a pink post-it on it from Merry. "Please proofread" it said. It was CC'd to my boss. How was I supposed to know MS Word would spell check her name and change it to Merry Lesbian????!!!! Where's natural justice?
Today five minutes before a meeting the cupboard door broke open. It took me ten minutes to pick up all the ball bearings from the floor. I had to run to the board room for the meeting and slipped on a bearing which rolled under the door. I fell on the coffee machine and tipped coffee powder into the polymer mixing maching tray. Noone saw anything.
P.S. Sorry for the long break. My computer crashed. There was a mail from an old friend. She's now married into the Welchia family I think. Crashed after that. Strange name that Welchia...

September 2nd
Dear Diary,
My boss told me I may not last the probation period. I was mighty thrilled to hear that. Imagine!! Permanent in less than three months!! That should be some sort of company record.
I made a presentation to all the staff yesterday. Some 300 people were there. I think I sent good vibes. Everyone was smiling and nodding their heads during the presentation. Someone later told me my fly was open the whole time. But I don't think anyone noticed. The presentation was on "An Open Culture: Let the feeling show!!"

p.s. 17156 ball bearings. I floated a scheme to give each employee a ball bearing for every year of service. The HR manager immediately convened a meeting with my boss. Every suggestion counts here at PWC.
September 4th
Dear Diary,
I have been transferred to the office in Sub-Saharan Africa. I will be heading the Room Heater and Hot Water Geyser products division. They have also told me to pay for all the ball bearings I bought. I think it speaks much of the entrepreneurial spirit. I have been told to leave immediately for Kujumbinana.
P.S. A foreign posting in under a year!!!
September 5th
Dear Diary,
I am in Kujumbinana. We don't have a branch here.......

Coach down...

Something is terribly wrong somewhere. I grew up believing, and I still believe that games and sports are necessary for our complete development. They not only help us stay healthy and active, but also make us mentally strong and help us become good human beings. But if this is the case, why did Bob Woolmer leave us behind, helplessly questioning the very beliefs that define us? For someone who was instrumental in making the South African team what they are today, i guess he was not new to failures and heartbreaks on this world stage of cricket. He had gone through similar situation when in the '99 world cup semis, South Africa fell after a terrible run out in the last over.

Yesterday was a sad day for the cricket world. One of the few good men has departed.

Rest In Peace, coach.

Melbourne marked RED!!!

Well, has a new era begun???

The F1 season began today with the circus on display at Albert Park circuit in Melbourne. It was a thrilling race for sure. Just for the fact that it was the first race of the season, it got the fans' adrenalin pumping. Kimi drove a fast race, cold and calculated. That man's a racing machine, everything's being calculated in his brain - real time. That is perhaps the most striking difference between him and Schumi. Where Schumi is passionate and expressive, Kimi's cold and straightfaced.

Is this post Schumi era goine to be the fight between a rampant horse and a silver arrow??? well the horse has 2 of the best jockeys while the Arrow is guided by an archer with Robin hood's legendry skills. Where does that leave a certain Renault??? all these questions should be answered within the next 3-4 races.

lets see what comes next.

By the looks of it... a lot of circuits are gonna be marked red....

n that means conquered.

Speed Trap...

It is coming...

for the first time in 15 years, there will be 22 humans racing each other in state-of-the-art machines to fill a void created last year by one God. critics may say that it is a fair race now...everyone being mortal. These racers will try to pick up where God left. At least they have the confidence that they can. they will try to prove themselves worthy of carrying forward the legacy, the perfection, the precision and the passion to win of a great legend. Oh they'll try so hard...

They will all fail...

Because there may be many religions and may Gods, but when it comes to Formula 1 Racing...

there can be only one God...

Identity blurred...

We all live in a system where to an extent you identity is defined by the level of competence in academics. So that means that a dumb student who get first class by virtue of his memorising skills is considered intelligent, but someone who has some in-depth knowledge but cannot represent himself in the exams ends up being undervalued. Well we can argue about this point but this generally the case. And then there is an elite class of people. People like me, who neither study nor are clever and who for sure dont know what the examiner wants!!! so what happens is that every exam that we give is ad-hoc. So last exam was a good endeavor whereas i tried to study in this one and consequently expected a good result. Big mistake!!! well i failed miserably in my eyes... but then i remember writing something in this space about fighting for a lost cause... please refer that :D
One thing's for sure, I'll not change. And i love myself for that!!!

SUDDEN DEATH!!!

Manchester United Vs. Liverpool FC...
amazing match!!!! Liverpool dominated Man U for 90 minutes... Paul Scholes got a read card and Wayne Rooney was injured. and whats the result?? Manchester united 1 -0 Liverpool FC. Manchester United are amazing at finishing off games in the dying moments of the match. The same happened here. Injury time of 4 minutes was declared in the second half and in the second minute, Man U were awarded a free kick. Ronaldo took it. It was on target but the goalkeeper managed to put a hand to it. But unfortunately for him (and for Liverpool) it landed right at the foot of John O'Shea who was just 2 feet from the net. It was just a formality then.
Manchester United are in amazing form this season and are maintaining an impressive run and lead at the front.
MAN U FOREVER!!!!

hard work!!! show off

Report March 1, 2007

Areas visited: Malviya Nagar and Vasant Vihar Market
Time taken: 1230-1420 hours
Target Organizations: 6 + 1
Actual covered: 4 + 1

Malviya Nagar, a hustling bustling market place with a series of stores that make your daily wares available. From clothes to shoes, from sweets to groceries and from Cadburys to Mars.
The general vibe of the market is that of a very conservative shopkeeper kind. They do not find it attractive to entertain the first time surveyors. This is not only about the outlets that were a part of the visit, but others too. Well if I may I would like to blame it to the stars too, jokes apart, I would look forward to a more warm response in the second visit if possible.
Coming back to the survey. The display in most of the shops was not very impressive. The foreign players have dominated the space.
But one interesting fact pointed out about the foreign players is that their basic cost of production in very high as compared to the Indian players.Observation made me realize that no matter what Cadburys is the bestseller among the Indian players. One can find this by looking at the indigenous gift packs for the upcoming festival of colors. There were gift packs of all ranges from INR 125 to 550, made to order or stock, as the case may be.
Cold response from one of the stores disheartened my effort but being warned earlier about the same I gave up the right whatsoever. A store manager asked me to come after some time, with due respects I asked to spare a few minutes but was shoved away. I covered other firms and returned to the store to get the same response. Somehow I took a decision to move to other market.

Next stop Vasant Vihar or Priya’s as we fondly call it. Not one day goes by without hordes of college and school going teenagers painting the place with fun and frolic. Welcome to the Hip Hop generation’s hang out. Here we find a suitably located and artfully decorated Le Marche Food Company Pvt ltd. Greetings, poised salesmen and a talented manager; a perfect recipe for a strategic vendor. The shop had prefect display and no complaints at all.
It was a treat.

Analysis of the questionnaire

Q1. What do you feel about the Cadbury products as a consumer?
Of the 5 respondents
Excellent: 1
Very good: 3
Good: 2

Q2. Do you offer the customers the products you believe in?
The response was a surprising one. Only 2 out of the 5 respondents said that they sell the goods they believe in, rest were of the businessman opinion. Sell whatever that brings in value or revenue.

Q3: Suggest 3 hot spots in your shop where the display can be effective.
Two suggestions came up in the form of attractive racks and stand alone counters {fully stocked}.

Q4: How do you collect the consumer response?
It generally works on the word of mouth.

Q5: Did you pass on the feed back to the Cadbury representative?
In all the cases the feedback was given but interestingly in one of the stores the manager is highly glad to pass on the ASM’s or dealer’s number.

Q6: Beyond the schemes, what measures can increase the sales, visibility and overall performance of the Products?
This was the main subject of the survey. All respondents were upset about the margins but those being not negotiable were out of the purview of the study.
Still following points came up:
· Find an answer to the high margins in other chocolates.
· Match up the international quality and packaging
· Schemes for sellers and buyers
· Cost effective
· Gifts or incentive

Q7: How good, in your opinion is the idea of Paper/Plastic coupons as a part of the loyalty program? Rate on 1 to 10
This idea got an average response, with a few highly supportive and a few strictly against. The fundamental and most important factor being that
It must not be routed through the distributors. I.e. should be straight from the company.

My recommendations

No matter how much we say, Cadbury is the number one choice for chocolates among the Indian players. A striking fact is that the Retailers want higher margins which are not available as of now. A few interesting suggestions were made by them but the underline fact cannot be ignored.

A BOOTSTRAPPER'S PLEDGE

A Bootstrapper's Pledge
I am a bootstrapper.
I have initiative and insight and guts, but not much money.
I will succeed because my efforts and my focus will defeat bigger and better-funded competitors.
I am fearless. I keep my focus on growing the business—not on politics, career advancement, or other wasteful distractions.
I will leverage my skills to become the key to every department of my company, yet realize that hiring experts can be the secret to my success.
I will be a fervent and intelligent user of technology, to conserve my two most precious assets: time and money. My secret weapon is knowing how to cut through bureaucracy. My size makes me faster and more nimble than any company could ever be.
I am a laser beam. Opportunities will try to cloud my focus, but I will not waver from my stated goal and plan—until I change it. And I know that plans were made to be changed.I’m in it for the long haul. Building a business that will last separates me from the opportunist, and is an investment in my brand and my future. Surviving is succeeding, and each day that goes by makes it easier still for me to reach my goals.
I pledge to know more about my field than anyone else. I will read and learn and teach. My greatest asset is the value I can add to my clients through my efforts.
I realize that treating people well on the way up will make it nicer for me on the way back down. I will be scrupulously honest and overt in my dealings, and won’t use my position as a fearless bootstrapper to gain unfair advantage. My reputation will follow me wherever I go, and I will invest in it daily and protect it fiercely.
I am the underdog. I realize that others are rooting for me to succeed, and I will gratefully accept their help when offered.
I also understand the power of favors, and will offer them and grant them whenever I can.I have less to lose than most -- a fact I can turn into a significant competitive advantage.I am a salesperson. Sooner or later, my income will depend on sales, and those sales can be made only by me, not by an emissary, not by a rep.
I will sell by helping others get what they want, by identifying needs and filling them.I am a guerrilla.
I will be persistent, consistent, and willing to invest in the marketing of myself and my business.
I will measure what I do, and won’t lie about it to myself or my spouse.
I will set strict financial goals and honestly evaluate my performance. I’ll set limits on time and money and won’t exceed either. Most of all, I’ll remember that the journey is the reward. I will learn and grow and enjoy every single day.

Gurus, lecturers and professors

Met my school teacher Mrs. Shaila yesterday. It was a pleasant shock
to her, seeing the boy whom she taught suddenly standing in her office, tall
but not  changed at all.
It felt really nice when she pecked me with that motherly love that she always
showered upon us in school. We chatted for the better part of an hour and when she told me of the present state of my alma mater, it really saddened me. all the stalwarts who brought us up as our parents have left and they have been replaced by the young and restless. There is no dedication it seems, not of the level and quality these people had. Maam said she was seeing the best students sllipping out of her hands into foolish things that had the potential of ruining thier lives.
i was wondering afterwards how much these people have contributed to what i am today...i learnt a lot of subject knowledge from some very good teachers in my college and engineering, but they all had that indifferent attitude towards students. They never cared for the other important things like self learning, language skills and what can every student contribute. In that respect, i'm thankful to God i received my first education from extremely capable and loving parents and some of the most dedicated teachers you'll ever come across.
the lecturers and professors i have in my B school sure have the knowledge it takes to teach an MBA student, but i'll always question their dedication to the teaching profession. All i saw in the last 6 months was favoritism, P.R. required to earn marks and no hint of anything related to performance measurement.
I think never met gurus after i left school...someone who'll show me the way...
God i miss school...

fighting for a cause lost..

they say that a fight is worth winning if the cause is worth fighting for...
this exam the cause was totally lost on me and somehow all i could do was write the exam for the sake of it...i wont take any pride out of this performance because it will be a performance best forgotten.
the bottomline is..i screwed up this sem...wasnt active in the projects and group tasks...which i think i handled well last time around...lost an opportunity to become a C.R. as i slept for 99% of the entire sem. and i SUCK at P.R. so thats out of the equation...
in an ideal situation, i could have prepared for the externals in a way that would take the internal evaluations out of the equation but the system didnt allow me to. It was simply not possible....
so i guess what it came down to was that all i could do was damage control...and thats what i've been doing for the last 7 days, sleepin for 3-4 hrs a day and studying by guts out just to salvage something out of nothing...
I've virtually given up the ghost today. there is still the eco paper to take care of,and i really dont have the heart or will to study for it.
what this exam has done is that i havent been able to spend time with either su or pillu. I guess it was my choice not to study with them but to be honest that was more because i wasnt comfortable at all studying in the library....sorry for that girlsv ;)
Tomorrow will be a hectic day, with me n pillu n su packing things and in a hurry to leave, i dont think we'll find a few minutes to wish each other happy holidays...
but as Scarlett O' Hara says in 'Gone with the Wind' - Tomorrow is another day.

of pink curtains and black backgrounds...

Pillu was asking me the other day whether she could change the settings to a bit more acceptable colour ( i could hear su suggesting her the colour pink in the background...with blue balloons) i know su was saying that just to p!$$ me off...and to be honest it was working to an extent....
so what is this weird thing about girls and pink huh? i mean they want to have everything that has pink in it...pillu have pink hairbands, pink slippers, pink pajamas, a pink soft toy (poor elephant had to swallow his pride and bathe himself in pink...girls girls girls!!!) i dont know what else is pink in her room...
su is more of a rouge so not much of pink there i'm afraid...oh breaking news guys!!! she has pink earrings and some element of pink in one of her tops i have reason to believe (as told by pillu!!!)
why not the more sober black? which accentuates content that it also gracefully lets go in the front?? it's more soothing to the eyes and has an unparalleled depth....i can go on and on...but this isn't my blog alone so there are some constraints from the 'pink' community that i have to share it with....
this would be a lovely debate to be in with..nonetheless...
Andy

down and barely standing...

been down with high fever for the last 2-3 days and i've just recovered..a bit.. thanks to some good care taken by my friends....really when you're away from home...they are your only support system...these are things you really learn out here. Still reeling from the weakness that's left behind and the sore thorat that started it all...
studies are a lost case now...pillu's a good girl!!! it's really surreal she's taking notes of the Law subject...i cant even finish a section in a single chapter...it's good we've grades here and not a fail/pass system...i'd hate to tell back home i'd failed... it's a little graceful to tell 'em i got a 'D' or an 'E'...
these guys keep teeling me that i can cover up the syllabus and get good marks but they hardly realize that the true grades are earned in the internals in which i've screwed big time...so no matter how hard i try to put the point across, they still go over the top and just run me down (read that as 'lalalalala' in pillu's case) ...
i belive time always is the best judge... It will be proven once again...

Thanks gals!!!

these girls are amazing!!! they know how to make people they love feel special... and i've a lot to learn from them... i honestly didnt think i'd done something gr8 in the exams...but they celebrated it wonderfully. It's something i'll never forget...

they truely know how to celebrate life and cherish relationships. Will have to learn a lot from them...if i have to be up there with them in such things...
thanks a lot!!!

on a smaller (MUCH smaller) note, the H.R. case study presentation went really went...cannot complain at all about that, and Gaurav Sen lost it totally today. it's no big deal...the poor guy is really worked out these days...has to take it a little slow and one step at a time... he'll learn...

Andy.

Here we go...

sap in our terms is Subhadra, Anand, Pallavi...

Pallavi (Pillu) came up with this one...and nagged me (Anand...andy) to create a blog for us...where we could just jot down what we thought, what we felt and what we wanted to say on things...

Subhadra (Su), pillu and me are doing our M.B.A. from IBS Hyderabad, and inspite of the hassles and everything, these are days we wish would never end. the interenship period is fast approaching and pillu will be in Delhi, eating chocolates in Cadbury (she should be selling them...but it's pillu and u cant expect anything else!!! ) Su and i will be in hyderabad, she in ICICI doing some research in marketing and finance and me in a start-up firm Transbit Technologies, dealing with i-dont-know-what...

As of now, both of them are studying sincerely (girls!!!) and i'm finding ways to escape from them (studies, i mean!!!)..
